Every effort is made to match the right puppy with the right owners, it is possible that life can change. These changes may require returning a puppy or dog to Bendi Cardigan Welsh Corgis ( breeder). All puppies placed may be returned, for any reason, at any time, in their lives. They will be re-evaluated and re-homed according to their individual situation. Puppies returned before the age of 12 months will be taken back and a partial refund may be given to the buyer. Dogs returned past 12 months of age will be taken back without refund.
If at any time buyer is unable to keep the puppy/dog, buyer agrees to notify Breeder first. Buyer cannot sell or give away this puppy/dog to any other person or persons except to Breeder, unless written permission is received from breeder in advance. All puppies are sold with a contract.
ALL pet puppies MUST be spayed/neutered All papers are held until the spay/neuter is done. A written statement from the vet doing the surgery is required before papers will be released to buyer.
ALL puppies with show potential sold to SHOW homes MUST be shown. Co-Ownership will be retained until puppy/dog has been shown and acheived it's champion title (documented by A.K.C. ) or it has been determined & agreed upon by seller/breeder & buyer that the puppy/dog is not finishable.
